$305 Million Silicon Valley Acquisition

On December 10, 2015, Higgins & Brancheau LLC completed a $305 million Silicon Valley property acquisition and financing for one of our clients. The property consists of 3 office buildings in a new office campus. We represented the purchaser and its pension fund partner. Our tasks included negotiation of the contract, loan documents, CCRs and ancillary agreements, as well as due diligence, rendering a legal opinion, and title and survey review.
